Booking Policy

At Lovein Sicily, we understand how important flexibility and trust are when planning your wedding from abroad. To make things simple, we offer two booking options:

1. Official Booking with Deposit

By paying a deposit, your date is officially secured, and we can begin confirming all essential services.
Once your deposit is received, we provide a written confirmation and a service agreement detailing all arrangements.

2. Temporary Hold without Deposit

If you prefer, we can temporarily reserve your date without a deposit, giving you time to finalise travel plans.
However, this is not an official booking, and if another couple requests the same date and confirms with a deposit, they will be given priority. We will always notify you if this happens so you can make a decision quickly.

Payment and Confirmation

We accept safe, traceable methods including Revolut, Western Union, and international bank transfers. Written confirmation is always provided for all payments received.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due closer to your wedding day, usually on or just before the ceremony, depending on your package.

Cancellations and Changes

We understand that plans can change. Deposits are used to secure third-party services and are generally non-refundable, but we will always do our best to accommodate changes or transfer your deposit to a new date if possible.
