What we collect, and what we do with it.
Discretion is most of what you are buying, so this page is written to be read rather than to satisfy a checkbox.
What we collect
Whatever you choose to tell us in the questionnaire: your name, email, phone number if you give one, the country you are writing from, the occasion, your timing, the setting you picture, the scope you have in mind, and anything you write in your own words. Plus basic analytics about how the site is used.
Why we collect it
To answer you properly and to plan your day. Nothing else. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data to anyone, for any reason.
Who else sees it
Only the people delivering your day, and only the parts they need: a florist learns the setting and the date, not your budget. Moresca Farm is told your date if you book it. Our email provider processes the message itself.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, for as long as we are legally required to keep records of the work. If you do not, we keep your enquiry for two years in case you come back to us, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it. Write to info.loveinsicily@gmail.com and a person will action it rather than a portal.
Cookies
We use the minimum needed to run the site and understand roughly how many people visit. Nothing is used to follow you around the internet.
Photography
We never publish a photograph of a couple without their explicit permission, and permission for one thing is not permission for everything. Claire and Rob agreed to the images on this site. If you work with us and would rather your day stayed entirely private, say so and it will be.
